This privacy notice describes how we collect, store, use, and share your information when you use our mobile application, BizRoutine (the "App").
Account & Authentication Data:
When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive basic profile information including your name, email
address, and a unique identifier from the authentication provider. This is used solely to create and
manage your account.
App Content Data:
Your routines, tasks, goals, OKRs, CEO reports, and any other content you create within the App are
stored securely in the cloud using Google Firebase Firestore. This allows your data to sync across
devices and be restored if you reinstall the App. This data is associated with your account and is not
sold to third parties.
AI Features:
BizRoutine uses Google Gemini AI to power features such as the Smart Assistant and CEO Report
generation. When you use these features, relevant content from your session (such as your routine data
or report inputs) is sent to Google's AI services for processing. This data is handled according to
Google's Privacy Policy.
Notification Preferences:
If you enable daily reminders, your notification schedule preferences are stored locally on your device
and in your account data. We do not use notifications for marketing purposes.
Device & Usage Information:
We may collect anonymous device and usage information automatically, such as your device type, operating
system, and language preferences. This does not reveal your specific identity.
The free tier of BizRoutine displays advertisements served by Google AdMob.
BizRoutine offers a Premium subscription. Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your payment card details. Purchase history and subscription status may be shared with us by the respective platform to verify your entitlements.
We do not sell your personal data. Your information may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:
Data Retention: Your account and content data is retained in Firebase for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@snorlytics.com.
Security: We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, including Firebase's built-in security rules and encrypted data transmission. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
BizRoutine is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us at support@snorlytics.com. Upon request, we will permanently delete your account and all content from our servers within 30 days.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at support@snorlytics.com.
We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Effective Date" and will be effective as soon as it is accessible. We encourage you to review this notice periodically.
