Thank you for choosing BizRoutine ("we", "us", "our"). BizRoutine is a personal productivity app for executives and professionals, operated by Snorlytics Studio. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. If you have any questions or concerns about this privacy notice, or our practices with regard to your personal information, please contact us at support@snorlytics.com.
This privacy notice describes how we collect, store, use, and share your information when you use our mobile application, BizRoutine (the "App"), and explains your privacy rights and how the law protects you. We do not sell your personal data. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this notice.
Account & Authentication Data:
You can use core parts of the App anonymously. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive basic
profile information including your name, email address, and a unique identifier from the authentication
provider. With Apple sign-in you may choose to hide your email, in which case we receive a private relay
address. This information is used solely to create and manage your account and to sync your data across
devices.
App Content Data:
Your routines, tasks, daily "Big 3" priorities, goals, OKRs, CEO reports, brain-dump notes, and any other
content you create within the App are stored securely in the cloud using Google Firebase Firestore. This
allows your data to sync across devices and be restored if you reinstall the App. This data is associated
with your account and is not sold to third parties.
Health & Fitness Data (optional):
With your explicit permission, BizRoutine reads sleep, resting heart
rate, blood oxygen (SpO2), and (on iOS) heart-rate variability
(HRV) from Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android)
to calculate a personal "burnout / recovery readiness" indicator and to time your most demanding work for
when you are most rested. This health data is used only to compute your wellbeing
indicators within the App. It is not sold, not used for advertising,
not used to train generalized AI/ML models, and not shared with
advertisers or data brokers. Raw health metrics are processed on your device; only derived indicators
(such as nightly sleep duration and daily recovery values) may be synced to your account so they appear
across your devices. If you use the App's AI features, a plain-language recovery summary (for example,
"slept 7h, recovery moderate") may be included in the request so the assistant can tailor its guidance
to your energy that day; raw health readings are never sent to AI services. You can disconnect at any
time in your device's Health settings, which stops further access.
Microphone & Voice (optional):
If you enable voice commands or the optional "Hey Biz" wake word, the App accesses your device microphone
to capture speech. When you speak a command, the App records a short audio clip and sends it to
Google's Gemini service to transcribe it into text so the App can act on your spoken
request; on some devices an on-device speech-recognition service (provided by Apple or Google) is used
instead. Audio is processed only to produce that transcription — we do not store
recordings of your voice on our servers, and audio is not used for advertising or to
train generalized AI/ML models. You can disable voice features and revoke the microphone permission in
your device settings at any time.
Calendar Data (optional):
If you choose to connect your device calendar, the App reads your existing events (read-only) so it can
display them alongside your BizRoutine schedule and help you plan around conflicts.
Google Calendar Integration (optional):
If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, BizRoutine requests the calendar.events and
calendar.readonly OAuth scopes. The read-only scope lets you select which calendar to sync
with and displays your existing events alongside your BizRoutine schedule so you can plan around
conflicts. The events scope lets the App create, update, and delete the BizRoutine items you schedule on
the calendar you select. The App only modifies events it created and never alters your other events. You
can disconnect at any time in the App's settings or revoke access in your Google Account permissions.
BizRoutine's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data obtained through the Google Calendar scopes is used solely to provide the App's calendar sync and conflict-aware scheduling features, is processed on your device, is not transferred to others except as necessary to provide those features, with your consent, or as required by law, is not used for advertising, and is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI/ML models.
Todoist Integration (optional):
If you connect Todoist, the App exchanges task data with your Todoist account so your tasks stay in sync
with your BizRoutine schedule. We access only the data needed to provide this sync, and you can
disconnect at any time in the App's settings, which revokes our access.
AI Feature Inputs:
BizRoutine uses Google Gemini AI to power features such as the Smart Assistant, morning and evening
briefings, and CEO Report generation. When you use these features, relevant content from your session
(such as your routine data, goals, report inputs, and, if you have connected health data, a
plain-language recovery summary) is sent to Google's AI services for processing. This
data is handled according to Google's Privacy Policy and is not used to train generalized
AI models on your personal content.
Purchases & Subscriptions:
If you purchase BizRoutine Premium, the transaction is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play
Store. We do not collect or store your payment-card details. We receive your purchase and subscription
status (via our subscription provider, RevenueCat, and the app stores) to verify and manage your
entitlements.
Advertising Data & Identifiers:
The free tier of BizRoutine displays banner advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners
may use device identifiers (such as the advertising ID/IDFA) and similar technologies to serve and
measure ads. Where required (for example, in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), we present a Google-certified
consent message before serving personalized ads, and on iOS we request App Tracking Transparency
permission before any tracking identifier is used. See Section 5 for your choices.
Notification Preferences:
If you enable daily reminders, your notification schedule preferences are stored locally on your device
and in your account data. We do not use notifications for marketing purposes.
Device, Usage & Diagnostic Information:
We collect anonymous device and usage information automatically, such as your device type, operating
system, language preferences, and app-interaction events. We use Google Firebase Crashlytics to collect
crash reports, performance metrics, and diagnostic logs that help us fix bugs and improve stability. This
information is tied to an anonymous installation identifier and does not reveal your specific identity.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data only where we have a valid legal basis to do so, namely:
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf to deliver the App, or where required by law:
For personalized advertising, Google AdMob acts as an independent advertising partner rather than solely as our service provider. In that case, advertising identifiers (such as the advertising ID/IDFA) may be "shared" with Google for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under certain U.S. state privacy laws. This is not a sale of your data for money, and you can opt out at any time as described in Section 5 and Section 8.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction; we will notify you of any such change in ownership or control of your personal information.
The free tier displays banner ads served by Google AdMob. To opt out of personalized advertising and the "sharing" of advertising identifiers described in Section 4, you have the following choices:
We are based in Singapore, and our service providers (including Google Firebase) may store and process your information on servers located in the United States and other countries. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on the safeguards offered by our service providers, which may include Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms, to help ensure your information remains protected.
Data Retention: We retain your account and content data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. When you delete your account, we permanently delete your account and associated content from our active systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
Security: We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including Firebase security rules, App Check, and encrypted data transmission (TLS). However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal data:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@snorlytics.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California residents: We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of Google AdMob to serve personalized ads to free-tier users may constitute "sharing" of advertising identifiers for cross-context behavioral advertising, as defined under the CCPA/CPRA. You can opt out of this sharing at any time: on iOS, decline the App Tracking Transparency prompt (or turn off tracking under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking); in supported regions, decline personalized ads in the consent message; or upgrade to Premium to remove ads entirely. We do not knowingly process the sensitive personal information of California residents for purposes that require an opt-out, and we do not "share" or sell the personal information of users we know to be under 16. You have the right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sharing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
You can delete your account and all associated data in two ways:
Upon deletion, we permanently remove your account and all content from our active systems within 30 days. See our Account Deletion page for full details.
BizRoutine is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
The App may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party services. This privacy notice does not apply to those services, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you use.
We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date and will be effective as soon as it is accessible. For material changes, we will provide a more prominent notice within the App or on this website. We encourage you to review this notice periodically.
If you have questions or comments about this notice, you may contact us at support@snorlytics.com.
