Account Deletion Request
If you would like to permanently delete your BizRoutine account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.
Request Account Deletion via Email
- Send an email to support@snorlytics.com from the email address associated with your account.
- Use the subject line: BizRoutine Account Deletion Request.
- Include the name or email address tied to your account in the body of the email.
We will process your request and permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
What Data is Deleted?
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:
- Your profile information (name, email address).
- All routines, tasks, goals, and OKRs you have created.
- CEO reports and AI-generated content associated with your account.
- Notification preferences and app settings stored in the cloud.
- Subscription and purchase records linked to your account.
Please Note: Deleting your BizRoutine account does not automatically cancel an active Premium subscription. Please cancel your subscription through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store before or after submitting your deletion request to avoid further charges.
