Snorlytics is NOT a medical device. The information provided by this app (including Snore Quality metrics, decibel levels, and sleep tagging) is for general information and wellness tracking purposes only.
It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition (including Sleep Apnea). The app's detection algorithms are estimations based on audio analysis and may not always be accurate.
If you have concerns about your sleep health or snoring, always consult with a qualified healthcare professional. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read in this App.
Snorlytics uses Artificial Intelligence (Machine Learning) to estimate snoring events. While we strive for accuracy, these technologies are not infallible. Background noise (fans, pets, partners) may occasionally be misidentified as snoring. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in snore detection or sleep tracking metrics.
For iOS Users (Apple App Store):
You acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is between you and Snorlytics, not Apple. Your use of the
App on iOS devices is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard
EULA"), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these
Terms and the Standard EULA regarding your use of the iOS App, the Standard EULA shall control.
For Android & General Users:
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Snorlytics grants you a revocable, non-exclusive,
non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application strictly in accordance
with the terms of this Agreement for your personal, non-commercial use.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store / Play Store account settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Developer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding content provided by users) and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Snorlytics and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Singapore and foreign countries.
You agree not to use the Service:
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Snorlytics and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.
