Terms of Service for Vouchet

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using the Vouchet app (the "App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure that you read them carefully before using the App.

2. Description of Service

Vouchet is an offline digital vault utility designed to help users organize, scan, and track expiration dates for physical and digital coupons and vouchers.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

Vouchet is a digital management tool, not an authorized retailer or issuer of any coupons or vouchers.

• Validity of Vouchers: We do not guarantee that any voucher stored within the App will be accepted, valid, or honored by the original retail store or issuer.
• Data Loss: Because the App stores all your data locally on your device for privacy reasons, we cannot recover your vouchers if you uninstall the App, factory reset your device, or lose your device. It is your responsibility to maintain backups of the physical or digital source material.
• Scanning Accuracy: The OCR (Optical Character Recognition) scanning feature is provided for convenience. We are not liable for any inaccuracies in scanned discount values, expiration dates, or codes. Users are expected to verify scanned data before saving.

4. License & End User License Agreement (EULA)

For iOS Users (Apple App Store):
You acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is between you and Snorlytics Studio, not Apple. Your use of the App on iOS devices is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Standard EULA regarding your use of the iOS App, the Standard EULA shall control.

For Android & General Users:
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Snorlytics Studio grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the App strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement for your personal, non-commercial use.

5. Vouchet PRO (In-App Purchases)

If you choose to purchase the "Vouchet PRO" lifetime upgrade, you will immediately receive the specified premium features, such as an ad-free experience and an unlimited geofence location cap.

• This purchase is directly tied to your underlying platform account (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
• Refunds for the PRO upgrade are subject exclusively to the refund policies of the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not directly issue refunds.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Snorlytics Studio be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of discount value, or inability to use the App.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• To attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the App.
• To store illegal, fraudulent, or counterfeit vouchers.

8. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms within the App or on this website. Your decision to continue to use the App after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
